Mr. Loi Hoang – Managing Director

Mr. Loi is managing director, a founder of Mekong LLC and overal responsible for the company practices. He is a Partner of CPA Vietnam Auditing LLC and Member of Tax and Advisory Committee of an international network of consulting and accounting firms operating in 66 countries. Mr. Loi is also a member of Advisory Council of FSB - FPT School of Business & Technology, the first and only MBA and Post Graduate traing institution in Vietnam accredited globally by ACBSP.

Mr. Loi is a Vietnam Certified Public Accountant, FCPA Australia, Vietnam Certified Tax Consultant, Director Certified Program. He has been in the consultancy, accounting, auditing profession over the last 30 years including 5 years with KPMG (Vietnam, Malaysia, New Zealand), 3 years headed consulting division of Deloitte Vietnam and 23 years managing Mekong Group. Mr. Loi has completed many consulting projects for international organizations, multinational corporations and domestic companies. His country experience includes Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, the US, New Zealand, Australia, India, Korea, China.

Mrs Thanh Dang, Deputy Director

Mrs Thanh is the Leader of Tax Advisory, Accounting & Corporate Services practice in Mekong Group and CPA Vietnam Auditing LLC. She has graduated Vietnam University of Commerce in Hanoi in 2006. She is a Certified Chief Accountant having in-dept experience in handling complicated issues with tax authorities and hand-on management experience in tax, accounting, financial management functions.

Before joining the firm in 2007, she worked in accounting and finance department of a large international hotel management group. She has been working in auditing and accounting profession 17 years. Mrs. Thanh also works as Senior Consulting Manager of CPA Vietnam, the member of INPACT.

Mr. Ngoc Vu ("Mark") – Investment Banking Director

Mr. Ngoc (Mark) is Investment Banking Director of Mekong Group. Mark graduated from the National Economics University in Hanoi. He received M.Sc. Business Economics Banking and Finance from University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom. Ngoc supervises new business development, investment banking, strategic partnerships, and implementation. Ngoc has 20 years of experience working the financial advisory and banking. Ngoc used to be the Head of M&A Advisory Team in BIDV FDI Banking Department and Manager at Deloitte Vietnam.

Mark has been successfully completed a numerous of financial transactions regarding cross-border equity investment, buy-outs, corporate bond and debt financing.
